Greg is in his thirty-seventh year of practicing intellectual property law. His expertise is concentrated in intellectual property litigation, and in that capacity he has handled more than a dozen jury trials, a multitude of appeals through the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals (from Federal Courts and an equal number of PTAB trials). Greg is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Supreme Court. Greg was named the Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” for Intellectual Property Litigation in Cincinnati in 2018, 2021, and 2024 and is a Past President of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
