Clement H. Luken, is a Senior Partner with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice. Admitted to the Ohio bar in 1986 and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, he joined Wood, Herron & Evans in 1986 and focuses on litigation, chemical technology matters and trademark matters.

He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Xavier University in 1978. He also received a Master of Science degree in Chemistry in 1981 from Xavier. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1986.

Clem is an active member of the American, Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations, the American and Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Associations and the American Chemical Society. Clem is currently a member of the Executive Committee of Wood Herron & Evans, which manages the firm’s operations.
