Sean K. Owens Named Partner at Wood Herron & Evans

Cincinnati, OH – February 8, 2019 – Cincinnati intellectual property law firm Wood Herron & Evans is proud to announce that Sean Owens has been promoted to Partner in the firm’s Branding & Content Practice Group. Sean joined the firm as an associate in 2010, practicing trademark and copyright law and working with a network of foreign counsel on domestic and international intellectual property matters. Sean handles a wide variety of registration and enforcement matters for both trademarks and copyrights, as well as assisting clients in related fields involving media, advertising, privacy, and the internet.

Sean is a lifelong Cincinnatian who now lives in Prospect Hill, and who earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing in 2005 from University of Cincinnati, and his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2008. In addition to various community involvement, Sean has served as an adjunct professor at UC’s College of Law and NKU’s Chase College of Law.
