Wood Herron & Evans Attorneys Win National Accolades

Wood Herron & Evans LLP attorneys Stephen Gillen of Columbia Tusculum, Kenneth Germain of Symmes Township, Lori Krafte of Anderson Township, Greg Lunn of Fort Mitchell and Kathryn Smith of Park Hills recently received national recognition for their work in IP law from leading and recognized organizations in the legal market including Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, World Trademark Review (WTR) and Who’s Who Legal. These attorneys have been recognized for their expert practice of various aspects of intellectual property law. 

Chambers USA Rankings
Chambers USA’s recent rankings of legal professionals included individual recognition for Germain, Gillen, Krafte and Lunn. The publication recognized the firm’s experienced bench of practitioners and the strength of the team’s patent preparation and prosecution abilities.

The report highlights Germain’s 45 years of experience and describes him as “a veteran IP practitioner.” It goes on to note that fellow practitioners hailed Gillen as an “exquisite copyright lawyer” and highlights his excellent track record in the field. Krafte’s individual write-up included plaudits for her broad skills in copyright, trademark and data security work, with clients describing her as “a business-focused and excellent trademark attorney.” With expertise in the chemicals sector, Lunn garners accolades for his “very thorough” approach and sources described him as “an excellent patent lawyer.”
