Kristi L. Davidson is a Partner with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice. Admitted to the Ohio bar in 1997 and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Kristi's expertise is concentrated in metallurgy, materials and chemical technologies.  Kristi currently holds the position of Practice Group Leader for the Chemical/Biotech/Materials Patent Prosecution practice group with the firm.  Representative technologies in which she has significant experience in procuring patents include semiconductor processing, fuel cells, batteries and dental compositions.

Kristi joined Wood, Herron & Evans in 1997 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1994. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1997.

Kristi is an active member of the Ohio and Cincinnati Bar Associations, as well as the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Also, Kristi is a former adjunct professor at Salmon P. Chase Law School. She resides in Montgomery, Ohio with her two children.
